Looking for someone who has knowledge regarding how AppFolio's MLS/syndication feed works, specifically with Zillow. We have a couple of apartment communities that pay for premium Zillow placement and then a smattering of single family homes and small multifamily properties that need to utilize unpaid Zillow placement via the regular AppFolio/Zillow integration. Hoping to find someone who has knowledge in this area and can help us make sure we are set up correctly. I envision this being a one-time project to get us set up but could also become periodic or ongoing hours. Does this sound like you?? DM me, let's chat. We are located in Colorado (Mountain Time), run AppFolio Plus, and have under 250 doors.
