Just as the title describes, appfolio wont run my card until many days later and fucks me up for it.

I pay my rent as close to the 1st as possible, but it usually ends up being on the 2nd or 3rd. I will go to the app and physically make sure that i pay for it, and go on my merry way. The last two months appfolio hasnt ran my card in a timely manner (5 days) and i end up spending enough money to dip below the required payment, which ends up with them running an NSF fee of $50 on me. I dont really have a spare $100 to give to these people just because they want to sit around and jerk their dicks, but two months in a row is pissing me off. How hard is it to just run my payment methods the day i send it in to you???

Hello, I've been using AppFolio for about a year and a half now and all of a sudden, my account name has ☆☆☆☆☆ next to it. To my knowledge, I didn't change anything and I doubt I just got my first 5 star rating after 18 months. Is this a new feature or did something happen to my account? Thanks in advance.

Looking for someone who has knowledge regarding how AppFolio's MLS/syndication feed works, specifically with Zillow. We have a couple of apartment communities that pay for premium Zillow placement and then a smattering of single family homes and small multifamily properties that need to utilize unpaid Zillow placement via the regular AppFolio/Zillow integration. Hoping to find someone who has knowledge in this area and can help us make sure we are set up correctly. I’ve been using AppFolio Property Manager for a couple of years now and have never had an issue. Now, suddenly, I am no longer receiving mobile notifications when a tenant sends a message in a conversation I’m assigned to.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also unchecking the mobile push notification for messages and then rechecking it. Nothing fixes it. Any help?
