Slower loss, better keeping it off?
Wondering if anyone out there that has lost slowly, has been able to more easily keep it off when titrating down or stopping?
I have been on GLP 1 for almost two years now and have lost about 35 pounds. Which is about halfway to my goal weight. Which on average means I ave lost about 1.4 pounds a month.
At times it's been more, like when I've gone up in dose etc. But on average pretty slowly. But, I know that the slower you lose the more time your body has to readust to the new weight and less likely to try and fight to get back to the previous weight before loss.
However, I know that if I go up in dose, I probably could get to my goal weight faster.
Just curious if anyone has had success keeping off the weight when losing slower. I'm currently at 9 mgs.
