Is anyone selling a x1 air? Then please let me know.

I have the 64 gb ai max apex. I am running on bazzite and i get only around 30 fps on most games at 80 watt plugged in on most aaa games..
What am I doing wrong ? I see on youtube people having stable 60 fps and my performance is worse on same settings. Anyone help? Can that be a hardware issue?
