Im a demology warlock from the server Area52 looking for an HC raiding guild

I've been playing demo warlock this season, I feel that my AoE dps for mythics is great, but then when I get to raid my dps feels so bad and sometimes people with lower ilvls overcome it. Im doing my rotation, I even tried many different talents, I dont know what can the problem be. The character is Fyrlos Area-52
