I have a Rogue that I've had since D4 release that I just beat Mephisto with. I realized that Penitent difficulty is locked for me though which doesn't make sense.

I tried creating a new Eternal character and skipping the campaign with them and they were able to access Penitent. Still can't change difficulty for my main though. Anyone have any fixes they can recommend?
