I’m genuinely confused on how to do the shortage highway, mainly when I should do them, I saw/read this has to be done multiple times per shift, I’m usually only getting 1-2 days per week unless they call me if I can do SCA, each shift being about 4 hours long. I was told to do the shortage highway after my break which I always do. My last shift they told me I needed to mark down the things I find on the little map that’s in the break room, but the thing is after I’m done with my break and doing the walk, I don’t end up back in the break room but at cashiering. So when should I be marking them down? When should I do another walk?
