PC Story-Driven Games: GameSir G7 Pro 8K vs ASUS ROG Raikiri 2
Hi r/Controller,
I’m currently using the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro. The hardware itself is actually pretty good, but switching between controller modes and the Synapse software is really terrible and frustrating.
I only play story-driven / single-player games on PC (RPGs, action-adventures, narrative titles, etc.).
I’m torn between the GameSir G7 Pro 8K and the ASUS ROG Raikiri 2.
Budget and currency: Up to ~13.000 TL / ~380 USD (I’m willing to stretch a bit for the clearly better option)
Country: Turkey – I mostly buy from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Monster Notebook or other local retailers.
Platform: PC only
Desired features:
• Significantly better and more user-friendly software than Razer Synapse
• Easy and reliable profile/mode switching
• Comfortable for long gaming sessions
• Good build quality + preferably Hall Effect sticks and triggers
• Strong PC compatibility and customization options
Types of games: Story-focused single-player / narrative-driven games
Other controllers I’m comparing: GameSir G7 Pro 8K and ASUS ROG Raikiri 2 (replacing my current Razer Wolverine V3 Pro)
Which one would you recommend? Is the ROG Raikiri 2 worth the extra money over the GameSir?
Thanks in advance! 🙏
