I just want someone to explain this to me.

I saw it happen multiple times, a hero plays first, so I can't kill their units but somehow pull out 3 heroic strikes to a single unit mine, they also didn't kill one of my units with heroic strike to can use it one more time. So I need someone to explain this to me is this cheating?

They only had the skill to have 0 cost on heroic strike and the skill to use it one time after kill one of my units with heroic strike
