This was demo I played decades ago. The cover of the demo had color of like "hulk" green and there was black haired woman, her body was like wireframe loop, (those designs what 3d animators use).

The theme was a sci-fi underwater world and you played in first-person view in sort with cannon on your right and you conduct missions. I don't remember much of the gameplay or anything than the themes
