State exam question

Hello. I was recently employed by an insurance company in Kentucky. Originally we where able to work up to a year on an apprentice license before having to take out exam. However after a law passed a few weeks later after I started my employment that no longer applies and I have to get licensed quickly to maintain employment.

They told me I had 3 attempts. Ive failed twice. They told me however I was able to take other attempt before my 3rd attempt and ill be honest im just really confused and while the people telling me i can do this are sure I can they arent sure on the specifics lol.

I guess my confusion and my question is based on believing I only get 3 attempts at the exam because thats some sort of state rule. Is that not the case and its just what my company is saying?

If anyone has any insight on this Id appreciate it.

Also any atudy tips... ive been using WebCE as its whats been provided but if theres any other great tools to study for the Kentucky exam I am all ears.

Thank you
