I remember seeing this icon on some list of the rarest icons, just wanted to know if it is actually rare because I'm fairly new and don't know too much

I was just moving honey to another jar and I see this on the bottom of this jar, and im not sure if its just crystallized honey or if its mold... any help would be appreciated
