My uncle fell from a scaffolding and suffered a skull fracture. His family needs help with medical expenses.
My name is Pedro, and I am writing to you from Venezuela. I mention my location only to provide immediate context for our situation, as my main focus is entirely on getting help for my uncle.
A few days ago, my uncle took on a job and unfortunately suffered a severe accident, falling off a scaffolding. He fractured his skull and is currently hospitalized and receiving treatment. As many of you might know, medical care and supplies here are incredibly expensive, and navigating this health crisis has been overwhelming for our family.
Because of this, his son (who currently lives in the US) has set up a GoFundMe campaign to help cover his medical expenses.
Living in Venezuela myself, resources are incredibly tight, and I cannot support him financially the way I wish I could. This is the one thing I can do right now: share his story online, spread the message, and try to get him some help from anyone who has the means.
