So i have noticed that moderators of this subreddit delete all posts regarding POIS. I have been on Nofap for 2 years however i noticed my problems were not because of porn it was masterbation itself, after masterbation i had brain fog, fatigue, headaches, flu-like symptoms all of which are symptoms of POIS which is a medical condition. I am guessing the moderators of this subreddit do not want people to know this information because many people may walk away from this subreddit which can negatively impact them. I am obviously not saying everyone in this subreddit has this condition but for those that do it will be VERY helpful for them to know they have them. Moderators of this subreddit are very selfish people who only care their own benefit instead of helping people get better. Also this post will also likely be taken down soon and they will ban me from this subreddit.
