Poop or lack thereof

How do I get bowel movement? I’m almost a week post Hysterectomy ( Total) with oopherecromy and salpingectomy. I have had one poop! And it was sludge, mud and barely came out. I’m taking all the senna and miralax, green juice and coffee. What helps? 😩. I just ordered gas x

Full Hysterectomy and all that jazz BRCA1 W TNBC history - any advise prior to surgery?

Getting “ the works” as far as removing everything possible as I’m a ripe old 40, and had TNBC a DMX and DIEP last summer, this summer is hysterectomy, scalpingectomy or whatever it’s called! Basically, ovaries, cervix uterus out.

Anything you wish you would’ve done prior? From stool softener, to lympadic massage to buying no elastic waist paints?

$150k in student loans

Fortunately my undergrad was payed for. This is for grad school. I took out a grad plus loan ( worst decision I ever made) in any case. How would you pay this down if someone in your offered to help. I was fortunate enough to get $10k a few years ago and now I’m still at $151. Is it possible to pay just the education part of the loan? Should I try to tackle that first and would $15k or $20 at one time eve make a dent or would I just be paying interest again. Will Mel net even allow me to pay one part of the loan without the other. Trying to figure out how to best use the money. Or would it be best to get the $10k and automatically pay my monthly amount from that account? I want to do the most responsible thing possible but also don’t want to keep throwing $10k at the lump some every couple of years and letting the interest accrue to the point where I’m not making a dent. I could potentially as for $15- $20 but they are only willing to help with the “ education portion” of the loan and I don’t think we are able to seperate that, or are we? Please, go easy on me. I know I am not educated in debt or student loans and that is why I’m asking for help. Thank you!

Wish I did not have to part with this…

My question is, how much should I sell for, and how where? I was offered around $5k but I see similar styles online for closer to $10k and even closer to $20k. Not selling for scrap. Thank you!

This is very old

So old that it doesn’t look real. But it is from my MIL. Does it have any melt value?
