Need Audible recommendations for self-improvement books that aren’t toxic positivity or affirmation-based.

I’m looking for deeper psychology/trauma/neurodivergent-friendly books that are practical and emotionally intelligent rather than “just love yourself” type advice.

I’m curious how many comorbidities others here are managing at the same time.

Right now my list includes ADHD, high anxiety, Pure-O OCD, CPTSD, and depression along with autism.

Is it common to have 5 or more overlapping conditions? I’m trying to see what the typical picture looks like for other women diagnosed later in life.

Edit: I forgot to mention the dermatillomania, migraines, and hyper mobility
