I (21M) masturbate pretty frequently (about 1 a day) some multiple some i don’t at all. I used to not last long at all with my gf but now I can pretty much last as long as I want if I change tempo. I want to stop masturbating and watching porn but I am worried I will lose my stamina with my gf. Any advice?
