IamHRT Propionate Experiences

I am posting this because I think it is relevant and I am curious what other women have experienced. I know many people have turned to IamHRT as one of the few telehealth providers who still prescribes propionate.
The prescription that I received from them, through 1st Choice Compounding Pharmacy, has produced testosterone levels that are atypical for testosterone propionate.
In 2023, I had a prescription for testosterone propionate that was compounded through Defy/Empower Pharmacy. The carrier oil was grapeseed oil. At that time, I was injecting 6 mg every other day. My trough was 144.
The prescription from 1st Choice, compounded in sesame oil, is supposed to be 100 mg per ml, and I was injecting 3 mg every other day to start, but the trough was 198. It is also causing extreme aromatization to estrogen. I noted on the materials sent from the pharmacy that it is micronized propionate, but it is unclear to me how much this matters for injections.
And yes, I am certain I am injecting 3 mg and not a higher dose; I am drawing to the .03 mark on the syringe and it is a 1 ml syringe.
I attempted to reach out to the pharmacy directly, but received no reply. I have seen other comments from women noting high estrogen levels and higher than expected total testosterone levels from propionate from the same source.
Have other people noticed higher than typical testosterone levels from this compounding pharmacy?
