Is really Amazfit going to kill this?
After reading about the new Balace 3 and ZeppOS 6 I've seen that it doesn't include the widgets feature. I can't understand how this can be removed as it's one of the basic functions of the system. I bought one Active 3 Premium for my wife and the first thing I noticed was that it doesn't have this.
Basically is like having a multitasking watch. You can change from time to any other function with a simple swipe. The widgets are fully customisable. The interface of the widgets is great, and there's no other place on the system where you can find this.
Weather widget for example is the best weather presentation in the watch, with nice animations. If you go to the dedicated apps they look much simple and all look the same. Every widget has a nice and distinctive design. Also they work as shortcuts to the corresponding apps.
I've seen some people saying that this is redundant, and that the small vertical cards will be used. The small cards are much worst, and the desing looks poor and outdated compared with the widgets.
Now I'm afraid Amazfit will kill the widgets from my Balance 2 in some future update. This will make the watch terrible for me. I hope this feature stays. In any case, if some one don't like it make it possible to deactivate from options.
