Raxer Rims: Premium Claims, Poor Quality
Disappointed with my experience with Raxer rims. The brand constantly promotes “high quality” and “strict standards,” yet 2 of the 4 rims I purchased required close to 100g of balancing weight, which is far beyond what I would expect from a properly manufactured wheel.
I sent all 4 rims back for inspection under warranty, but only received testing information and a balancing video for a single rim showing around 40g. That does not address the original issue I experienced with the other wheels.
As someone who understands wheel balancing and fitment, I know excessive balancing weight can indicate issues with wheel uniformity, runout, or quality control. If a company claims premium standards, customers should expect transparent testing and individual inspection results for all wheels submitted not a generic conclusion.
The rims may look good aesthetically, but based on my experience, the quality control and handling of warranty does not match the image the brand presents.
