I’ve been visiting this city occasionally for about 8-10 years now. It feels like something has changed in Chandigarh and Panchkula. Especially in Panchkula, the markets aren’t as clean as they used to be. There are so many cigarette and pan masala vendors on the footpaths and crossings. I remember it used to be against the rules.
