Kdrama writer, producer, director enough!!! Stop this accidental kiss nonsense please we're in 2026

even if so it happens ..move the fk away from eo's lips...like i think a quick unintentionl peck and an awkawardness followed by it will be more impactful than whtever this fish lip lock slop looks like...

I think an accidental kiss can be cute when it's like. the accident happens and then they immediately pull away and get awkward. or if they decide to just actually kiss. but these kdramas make their leads look like dead fish just standing there with their eyes open.

their story is progressing at a good pace, it wasn’t even necessary

I'm an kdrama watcher ever since and i swear this is cute before, and still cute for romcom but not anymore for those adult age range characters oh please kdrama peopleee

Drama name: My Bias My Boss 🎬

This one is soo good yet not many people talk abt this drama..!

I watched it back in 2023 and man it was amazing i remember I was so hooked that even the day before my exam I was watching the last ep of this 🙃

Yet I haven't met anyone who saw it

I mean this one has everything rom com , a bit of drama and horror element , office romance.

I just wanted to share my opinion if you have time pls give this one a try🙂‍↕️

A shoutout to this omnipresent ahjussi 👍🏻

Kim Won-Hae is easily the supporting actor who has featured in most of the dramas I have watched.

Be it the ML’s boss in Awaken and Good Manager, or his >!fake father!< in The Apartment Job, just to name the most recent I’ve watched, and variety of other characters he has played in so many other dramas, he always gets the job done 👍🏻

Hoping for many more performances to come!

Hello, My name is Kim Min-ah and I woke up as the Female Lead in a 12 episode romcom kdrama against my will. Here's a snapshot of what happened🤪

Episode 1

I started arguing with my brother over absolutely nothing. My parents, who run a struggling fried chicken shop reminded me that we are nearly bankrupt and yelled at me for being late😑. Anyways I rushed out the door wearing a perfectly coordinated outfit, carrying the newest Samsung phone and had salon-quality hair that can survive anything. This drama keeps insisting I'm poor but my wardrobe begs to disagree🙅‍♀️ (poor correlation producer🦆)

Episode 2

I was almost late to work which is my defining personality trait. While speed walking with coffee I collided into a handsome CEO. The coffee splashed onto his expensive coat (sike😑) but then we just stared at each other👀. A normal person would be annoyed, instead this man became fascinated by me because I'm unlike all the other women he has met as I had the guts to assault him with caffeine🥴 (This man is downright crazy). Anyways I did not apologise!!!😑

Episode 3

I discovered that my boss's main hobby is showing up unexpectedly. Elevator. Parking lot. Crosswalk..I kept bumping into this man😑. Like sir go to your job. You own a billion dollar company but you spend most of your time appearing around me like a sleep paralysis demon🥴...be healed👏.

Episode 4

The second male lead appeared. He had secretly loved me for 10 years. Unfortunately, he forgot to mention it at any point during those 10 years. Instead he chose the traditional method of standing 20 feet away and looking slightly sad while the background music played 😂😂. He is a big joker cause I ain't a mind reader but i still played along as the script required..duhhh👀.

Episode 5

I actually got drunk after 4 sips of soju at the staff meeting to welcome the CEO and suddenly I was an embarrassment (I promise this was against my will but...). The CEO actually gave me a piggy back ride home when everyone left🧐. I could have called a taxi. He could have also called a taxi...but I guess it just happened. Alright 😂

Episode 6

I could feel that the CEO was now looking at me so nicely😏, I guess that piggy back ride brought out a cuter side of me. After work one day, the CEO's mother invited me to a luxury hotel. She was elegant and intimidating and slid a cheque to me and asked me to leave her son😑. I looked at the amount..."Damn is that all a male lead is worth". I declined the money because director wanted me to be noble...I think that was a financial mistake though😔...I mean in this economy???

Episode 7

His ex returned from America. She wore beige trench coats, and knew my entire schedule and was always in my business (Girrrrlll...pipe down that ain't your man no more🥴). She just kept creating unnecessary misunderstandings. The script directed me to fall for those misunderstandings but I actually preferred to slap her😑🙅‍♀️

Episode 8

CEO and I got some time to ourselves. It rained. Not normal rain though....some romantic rain. CEO held an umbrella over us. The umbrella was so small that we had to squish close to each other ( A CEO can't afford a bigger umbrella...what the hell😑). Anyways, we exchanged like 17 meaningful glances ( Hope the director got the shot he needed). The rain stopped and right before we arrived at my house, he started leaning close to me (is this what i think it is?)

Episode 9

We kissed guys....insane😭. It was slow and meaningful. Somewhere far away, the second lead sensed the kiss and stared sadly into the distance and I don't know how he knew. They are all connected to some emotional Wi-Fi against my will. He ended up confessing to me and I rejected him obviously (brother you had 10 years😑)

Episode 10

A shocking secret was revealed. Turns out his grandfather who was the chairman back then caused my grandfather's death- the one that scarred my father. So now I'm irritated and mad at him (I mean technically I'm not but the plot requires me to be....oh well🤪).

Episode 11

He broke up because he felt bad. No questions. No clarifications. No communications (Shit my walking money card is gone). Then I cried beautifully in the rain later (actually that sucked and now I have a fever). The CEO reached out to me too.... this man changes his mind so quickly🧐😑

Episode 12.

The misunderstanding was resolved in five minutes(why did it even happen in the first place😑) . The CEO'S mother likes me now, his grandfather too. My parents struggling chicken shop became popular. We had a wedding and I got married to a man I had been dating for 3 months which actually felt like 6 weeks because of how much time we wasted staring at each other.

And then I woke up....thank goodness because that was just too much.... I left out a lot of fine details so as not to bore you further with my boring life but feel free to ask any questions🤪.

If you all enjoy, I will ask my man THE CEO himself..Park Jin seok to take some time out of his non-existent busy schedule to give you his own POV and some more details😂

I'm a bit confused about the series A Love Other Than Yours. What theme is it trying to address? Is it about reaching a point of saturation in love?

Character Posters of A Love Other Than Yours, releasing on September 12.

Looks like a heavy melodrama!

The drama delivers a realistic, emotional look at a long-term couple standing at a crossroads. After 10 years of dating, the intense passion between office worker Namgoong Ho and film director Lee Mi-do has faded into comfortable familiarity, trust, and loyalty. As they struggle to decide between marriage and breaking up, their relationship faces its ultimate test when new romantic interests enter their lives, stirring up unfamiliar emotions.

Cast and Characters

Seo Kang-joon as Namgoong Ho: A warm, sociable confectionery marketing assistant manager who has envisioned a future with his longtime girlfriend but begins to face deep relationship doubts.
Ahn Eun-jin as Lee Mi-do: A promising film director dealing with a career slump whose heart begins to waver after meeting someone new.
Lee Joo-ahn as Han Tae-seung: An ambitious lawyer who becomes a new point of attraction.
Jo Aram as Park Soo-ah: A junior coworker who complicates the couple's shifting emotional landscape.

Hong Min Gi is being investigated for dating violence and possible animal abuse.

Hong Min Gi is accused of dating violence by an influencer A.

The accusations include throwing a soju bottle, hitting, pushing and choking, threatening to kill A’s ex, secretly checking her phone/KakaoTalk, and riding an e-scooter while drunk until A got injured.A has already sent a formal warning letter through a lawyer and leaked it to the public.

However, everything is still just accusations and has not been proven in court. Hong Min-gi and his agency have also not yet issued a statement.

According to A, Hong Mingi threw and shattered a soju bottle toward them on the street. He also allegedly called dozens of times, suspecting them of dating another man, and later made remarks implying murder during a meeting.

A claimed in the certified document that Hong Mingi physically assaulted them by striking their shoulder, pushing them, and grabbing their neck. They also alleged that Hong Mingi invaded their privacy by secretly checking their mobile phone and KakaoTalk messages.

Currently the case is starting to gain public attention, but the truth of the accusations has not been decided legally.

At present the context is that party A is showing documents from a lawyer warning that legal action will be taken based on those accusations.

This also has the potential to impact his career because Hong Mingi is said to have already finished filming Study Group Season 2. Meanwhile, as of the time this article was written, neither Hong Min-gi nor his agency, Fable Entertainment, has given an official statement.

Moving (2023) - I genuinely didn't expect it to be THIS good✨

I genuinely don't know how to describe how good MOVING was. This drama literally had everything I could ask for: action, thriller, mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, romance, comedy, school life, family, politics, and even horror elements, yet somehow none of them felt randomly thrown in. The story was incredible, the pacing was almost perfect, and I genuinely can't remember a single episode where I felt bored or thought the show was dragging. Every episode felt like a short movie, and the execution was just insane. >!I started watching thinking it was going to be mainly about three superhuman high-school student!<, but the story kept expanding into something far, far bigger.

What absolutely blew me away was the >!parents' arc from Episode 8 onward!<. The way the story suddenly went backward and showed the lives of the parents was phenomenal. >!Jang Joo-won's entire life, from gangster to victim, secret agent, to Office employee, miner and eventually a chicken-shop owner and father, was unbelievable. Bong-seok and Hee-soo's parents weren't just "backstories" for the students!<. They were fully developed characters with their own histories, relationships, trauma, sacrifices and stories, and eventually everything connected back to the children. The storytelling became increasingly complex without ever feeling unnecessarily complicated. By the time the past and present finally collided, I was just sitting there like DAMNNN, what am I watching?! 😭🍿

For me, Moving is genuinely masterpiece tier. The world-building, lore, character development, relationships, action, emotional moments, and genre blending are all executed at an incredibly high level. Most importantly, it made me care about the characters, not just their powers. >!Bong-seok, Hee-soo, Gang-hoon and their parents all felt like actual people with lives beyond the plot!<. I gave the story 10/10, acting/cast 9.5/10, music 8/10, rewatch value 9/10 and overall solid 9.5/10. I completely understand now why this drama is considered one of the finest K-dramas ever made. Absolutely beautiful. ✨❤️🍿

Feel free to Share your thoughts on MOVING.

What's a trope you're fed up with?

These tropes are what make kdramas what they are however I found myself rolling my eyes at this scene from WHAT'S WRONG WITH SECRETARY KIM?.

More Things You Want to See in Kdramas????

●More 18+/mature scenes—kdramas are usually less explicit and I don't mind that however I'm tired of 30+ year olds acting like they've never dated before. I'm not asking for nude bodyshots but I'd like more mature scenes

●More queer/gay characters—I get that SK is a kinda conservative country that has low percentages of openly queer people but I think it'd be nice to have more kdramas that include/center around the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals without being fujoshislop

●More male to female cross dressing dramas—like the Tale of Nokdu. This would be so much fun to watch

●More realistic depictions of the Joseon Dynasty—like featuring actual peasants and the struggles. Little/no palace drama.

●Saeguks that don't take place in the Joseon Dynasty—I get it, the Joseon Dynasty is the easiest to portray and research but I'm kinda bored of it. Non-Joseon Dynasty saeguks had their lil moment in the 2000s and early 2010s....we gotta bring that back

●Actual poverty—not that sterilized stuff, the real stuff. Tryna make ends meet till the next paycheck. If a character is poor, it should actually affect the plot

●Rich FL x poor ML—we have so many dramas that feature the opposite so why dont we change it up🤷🏾‍♀️it'd be fun to see how the dynamic changes.

●Slice of life dramas that take place in bygone eras—Reply 1988 was a nostalgic experience for many people and it'd be fun to see that for other decades such as the 50s or 1910s. I'd like to see that instead of the 100th boring countryside plot

201st Korean Drama Review: Marriage without Dating

I really enjoyed this drama, and it remains one of the series I would recommend, especially to beginners. It was fun, charming, and definitely gave me plenty of butterflies. I found it cute, but there were also some heartbreaking moments that made me even more invested in the story. It was such an entertaining watch that many scenes have stayed with me over the years, and I even ended up rewatching it. Being a tvN drama, it had a certain style and feel that made it stand out from many of the other dramas I had seen before. It is hard to believe that it aired back in 2014 because it has aged so well and still delivers exactly what it set out to portray. For me, this is a romantic comedy done right, and one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much was because I genuinely rooted for the female lead until the very end.

Are there more kdramas like the silent sea?

I'd prefer if it is not focused on romance.

Creepy, mundane, mind blowing things lying in the space

Watching Love Next Door And it's Boring

#12th Kdrama
For Some context I jumped on this series after Queen of Tears with it's heavy melo drama and loved every bit of it,

I am on episode 10 And I am bored as hell I don't find myself looking forward to next episode, the story is going nowhere this is just beating around the bush and I also don't like the 2 male leads getting into relationship but yeah

How did you all liked it?

Can’t understand some people but Cha Se Gye on my royal nemesis was insane. Will be watching more of him.
