Hello pipol! New to wfh setup and since may power outage kanina lang na realize ko na importante nga na may PowerStation and Backup Internet.

POWER STATION: siguro ang kaya ng budget ko is 20k. Naisip ko yung ecoflow but not sure ano best model.

BACKUP INTERNET: not sure din if ano ba best, pocket wifi? Hindi kaya ng mobile data ko huhu
Currently ang internet provider ko is PLDT

Note: sa power station yung pwede din magamit sa emergencies like using efan, charging gadgets, induction (will use if needed lang namin during brownout)

Please please po reco the best po hehe and explain din po how long niyo na gamit and prons and cons. Thank youuu!! 🫶

My partner and I (DINK couple, 27yo)planning to buy a pre-selling house.
Our combine income is 100k per month. We have 300k savings.

The TCP of the house is 3.5M
Syempre hulugan siya babayaran hindi isang bagsakan. RFO na rin if natayo na yung bahay mismo. Siguro mga upgrades nalang like gate fence etc.
Possible turn over is sa 2028 pa.

Monthly Ammotization is 27k for 15years
Mejo natatagalan na kasi kami sa 30years.

Kaya ba namin?

Currently we are renting, okay naman yung work namin. Is just that we are not sure if kaya ba namin or kakayanin ba ng finaces namin?

Sa mga upgrade or minor renovation naisip namin pwede naman siguro pa onti onti.

We really want na i-go na namin to but we’re scared kasi nga first time. Hindi kami galing sa mayaman na family kaya this will be a big purchase if ever.
