I am planning to start posting reels about my business. As I am learning the whole shooting, editing and posting, I want to know how are people getting such clean looking reels on Instagram, especially on Android?

I shoot on a OnePlus 12R/ OnePlus 11 and the videos look perfectly sharp and clean in my gallery. But once uploaded to Instagram, they suddenly look noisy/compressed, especially indoor videos.

“Upload at highest quality” is already enabled.

I know not everyone on Instagram is using an iPhone, so I’m curious what workflow/settings Android creators use to maintain that crisp quality.

Do you guys:

shoot in specific settings?

edit/export in a certain way? (App suggestion please)

upload through Instagram vs Meta Business Suite?

avoid certain filters/effects?

use third-party camera apps?

Would love to know what actually made a difference for you.
