If physical attractiveness plays a role in choosing partners, why hasn’t human evolution gradually made everyone attractive?
Humans still have huge differences in height, facial features, body types, and other traits despite thousands of generations of natural selection. If certain features are consistently considered more desirable, why hasn’t evolution reduced those differences and pushed humans toward a more universally attractive appearance?
