Charged after canceling Google Workspace free trial - What should I do?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice regarding a Google Workspace free trial billing issue.

I signed up for a Google Workspace free trial and later canceled the plan before I expected any charge to apply. After canceling, I also confirmed with Google’s support chatbot that I would not be charged and that I would lose access to the Google Admin console after cancellation.

However, I was still charged after the cancellation. Since I no longer had access to the Admin console and couldn’t find another direct way to contact Google Workspace support, I submitted an unauthorized transaction claim through Google Payments. Unfortunately, the claim was rejected.

I’m trying to understand what my next step should be. Has anyone experienced something similar with Google Workspace trial cancellation or billing?
