I went from email @ gmail.com to name @ mydomain.com now I can't login to websites like Cloudinary because it is automatically selecting name @ mydomain.com instead of my gmail account. I have more services under my gmail and can't login, it is crazy that I can't just select my gmail.
What can I do? this is a trial, just cancel it?
Help? it feels like a freaking account hijacking, this is so dumb 🤯

Here is the situation and what I've already tried:
I tried to reach out to the Workspace Support team, but I'm stuck in a catch-22: you can only contact Workspace Support if you are already a subscribed admin. There is no email, no public forum, and no contact form for people trying to become customers.
I even emailed the Google Cloud team multiple times hoping they could route me to the right place. They told me they can't help and that I just need to rely on the Q&A articles (which do not solve this payment loop).
I am completely stuck and I need a Workspace subscription to get things moving. Has anyone bypassed this specific [OR_BACR2_31] error? Or does anyone know how to actually connect with a human at Workspace support before having an active account?
I set up a Gmail forward for all incoming emails from one account under my base domain to another.
But none of the mails are being forwarded and I'm also not getting any error.
Am I missing something?
I'm a small business owner using Google Workspace Business Starter on the Annual Plan.
A few days ago I created two temporary users just to test Workspace. TBH, I didn't know that adding users on an Annual Plan permanently increases the annual license commitment.
I deleted the accounts after I received the invoice today, but my subscription now shows:
I contacted Google Workspace Support hoping they could review it as a one-time mistake.
The frustrating part wasn't even the policy itself, I understand Annual Plans have commitment rules. The frustrating part was that support kept explaining the published policy instead of answering my actual question: Can this be reviewed as a one-time courtesy exception?
For a small business, paying over $200 CAD for two unused licenses created during a few minutes of testing is a painful mistake.
Has anyone here successfully received a courtesy adjustment or escalation from Google Billing in a similar situation? If so, how did you get your case reviewed?
For reasons I won't get into, my company has multiple Google Workspace tenants for our different company regions.
I get a lot of Chat messages from people on my team who appear as "External" just because they're in one of the other tenants. Is there a way to notify them when I'm out of office like you can with Gmail?
I've been using various tools on https://toolbox.googleapps.com for years, but today the entire site is returning the standard Google-branded 404 error. Did I miss an announcement about it going away?
No idea why, but I got a free trial for 14 days, but I forgot to cancel it and it keeps trying to take like 12 euros out of my bank account. In these cases where its free trial, I usually put my empty bank account so even if I forge it won't charge me. I have cancelled the trial, but it won't stop. It won't even let me remove my bank account from the forms of payment without me paying. Should I just cancel my subscription and wait for it to just end?
I recently took a new job at work in our office. We use Google workspace for everything and I’m feeling pretty lost. Becoming proficient with Google Docs, sheets, calendar, drive and slides is going to be crucial to my success. Does anyone have any recommendations that will help me get a leg up? Any courses you’ve done? I’m willing to invest in this if it takes paying for a course.

I bought a google workspace business upgrade for my dad using his card not realising it was an annual plan and it had already charged us for 3 months. I cannot cancel as there is a closure fee however I managed to get the auto payment frozen.
My question is
If i keep the auto payment frozen and google suspends the services will it affect my normal google account aswell ? Or just suspend my Google workspace services.
Any help will be appreciated I was not familiar with workspace at all when I bought it and now I regret it.

I’ve been having trouble with our email ever since I created our webpage on HostGator. I contacted hostgator and they tried to run me through the steps, it never fully worked, it kept rejecting emails here and there but it was ok enough. Recently we are expecting to get word back about a possible grant and they said the email rejected. I tried to fix the DSN myself and I really messed it up this time. I called hostgator and he reset everything but now I can’t even send emails out. He said to call google but I can’t find a number anywhere.
I really think the problem is that my google email is under the domain Biggerthanusinc.com and I switched my webpage on hostgator to Biggerthanusinc.org and deleted the “.com” one.
I need somebody to walk me through how to fix it.
I was going through the process of purchasing a domain through google, I never purchased it, it’s stuck on the page where I’m supposed to purchase it. I decided I want to purchase it through squarespace instead. It seems the domain is being held with google and I’m unable to purchase it through squarespace. It’s been 13 days since I tried to purchase through google and it’s still blocking me on squarespace. Anyone know how long it takes google to release the domain that was just entered during signup but never purchased?

I'm having a lot of trouble getting into my administrator account. I manage the email for a client, whose google business account is hosted VIA Wix. Recently they asked me to look into their settings, as for some reason, they do not have full access, and the system settings said they have to ask their administrator to change them. No problem, they emailed me and i went to log in and switch it.
However I can't seem to get in. Whenever I attempt to log in to google using the administrator email, i am told to sign in with an administrator account. I remember when i was first signing up, google prompted me to make a gmail account that was linked to my custom domain email in order to access their features. Sure enough, that email is there on the list, but when i click it, the page just cycles and never moves forward.
I have searched up this issue, and it seems that most people in the past either resolved it by realising they were using the incorrect email, or by clearing their cookies/cache and using an incognito window. I'm definitely using the correct email, and I’ve attempted to try the 'blank slate login' method, but no joy.
I am confident i'm using the right password and account, as i can log in with no problems on other google services.
I've attempted to contact Google's support, but in a shocking turn of events, it appears the contact form is not working for some unknown reason.
I'm honestly at a loss for what to do, and any guide on the internet has provided the same solutions which do not appear to work, or been met with silence. I've always been a bit fed up with Google's ridiculously labyrinthine internal ecosystem and the fact it appears to be suffocating under its own weight, but this in particular is driving me insane. I was hoping I could get some direction on the best mindset/business practices for a Sports Non-Profit.
We are just starting out and I want to set up the users correctly, with the mindset to keep emails historically. I know, a lot of word jumble to just say, when a person in lets say the registration role, leaves and a new person takes over, how do I keep their emails in case they need it.
My thought was just to build a simple Registration@domain.com, when the new person comes on, I would reset the password and update their personal information. While watching the videos, I learned about alternate accounts, so I thought, well, I could do John.Doe@domain.com with an alt email of Registration@domain.com. But that would technically be adding emails to John.Doe right? So even with the new user , using the same Alt, they would not have a history?
Sorry if this is confusing, but if you understand it, I would really appreciate and advice or ideas before I start generating all the users.

Over a month ago I turned on 2SV for all our 450 users. We still have a little over 100 with 2SV not set up. Some of those haven't logged in since we turned it on, but many have. As an experiment, I took some of those users and I deleted their session cookies to force them to sign in thinking at that point they would be required to enable 2SV before continuing to their account, but this is not the case. These people are still logging in and 2SV is not enabled for them. The log says they logged in with a password.
Many users have been getting errors like "your account settings don't meet the organization's requirements" which then prompts them to contact us to issue them a backup code so they can log in. But others seem to be able to bypass this.
Settings: 2SV is ON. New user period is one day (these test subjects are not new users). I do allow users to trust the device. And Method is set to Any. I set these settings at the org level. We do have multiple OUs but I went through them all just to double check and the settings are all the same.
I'm just not understanding if I set it to on, how are there still people logging in without enabling 2SV?
I am trying to set up a new Google Workspace Business Standard account for my domain, but I am completely stuck in a loop. On June 22nd, I received an email from noreply-payments stating that the verification of my documents would take 48 hours, but it has now been four days and nothing has progressed. Whenever I try to log into the Admin Console, the system constantly redirects me to the public pricing page to start a trial. Since my account is frozen on the identity verification side, I cannot access the dashboard to get a support PIN, making it impossible to contact customer service. What can I do now?

I have a gmail account but never wanted to open a Google Workspace. I already got mysterious notifications months ago pretending I started trying Google Worspace for organizations (which is false), but I sent them to spam so they are now deleted. Now I just got new messages, one with title "Welcome to Google Workspace" and headers including my email address in Cc: and another address in To: , and another message with title "Your Google Workspace billing information was received" with my address in To: . It also says "You won’t be charged until your free trial ends.". I don't know what that is, which billing information it is. I have no updated payment details associated with my email.
I don't know how to contact Google to completely remove me from that, as all google support methods seem hard especially since I have no genuine access to any Workspace account, through which I might ask for support. What can I do ? thanks
