White things on my cat's eyes under upper eyelids

I've noticed this yesterday. Vet appointment scheduled on the 5th of June.
Species: cat
Age: 11 years
Sex/Neuter status: female, neutered
Breed: mixed
Body weight: 6 kg
History: generally very healthy cat, the only thing I can remember is post-op (after being neutered) she had swallen nipples for a while, it went away fairly quickly (we went to the vet regarding this), it was several years ago.
Clinical signs: white cloudy blots on both eyes under upper eyelids. It looks like it's on top of the cornea. Not noticable if you don't pull the eyelids back. She acts as usual in regard to food, toilet, activity. She doesn't rub or scratch her eyes, or acts if anything is bothering her. She has some boogers now in then in her nose and eye corners that I wipe with a cotton pad with chlorhexidine (0,05%). Maybe the solution have caused eye dryness? I thought it's beneficial to use cause the solution kills bacteria, viruses and fungi.
Duration: unknown, noticed on the 1st of June
Your general location: Europe
Links to test results, vet reports, X-rays etc. : photos of both eyes 1st image, 2nd image
(I don't pull on the skin very hard, she looks distressed cause she doesn't enjoy her nose being wiped that much, and i've tried to look closer on what the things are for about a minute and to take photos of it)

I'll apreciate any comments in regards on what it might be. I'll be looking at the progression of this in the days before the vet visit.
