Concept for General Telia as a rare Coalition of Planets support unit.

Main Ability: AIR SUPPORT (LVL 15). General Telia calls the Venture to fire at the enemies, dealing 250% of her base damage to all enemies, reducing their energy resistance by 15% for 5 seconds. (Cooldown: 18 seconds).
Second Ability: COALITION BOND (LVL 15). General Telia increases the energy attack and max HP of Coalition of Planets allies by 10%. When Allen the Alien is present on the team, Allen the Alien receives +10% healing from any source and General Telia increases her defense by 15%.
Third Ability: NOW IT'S MUTINY (LVL 15). At the start of the battle, General Telia removes the leader tag of all enemies and allies (excluding herself). For each unit affected, General Telia increases her attack by 10%.
