Hello! I am based in the Netherlands and I love(d) the Ube vanilla iced match latte so much. It was the highlight of going to the train station. I just went in yesterday and they replaced it with caramelised banana matcha (😭😭).

If anyone knows a way I can make this at home please let me know!! I’ve seen stuff for Ube foam but I don’t think that’s the same as the European drink.

I went to get an Ube matcha bubble tea but it just wasn’t the same.
