Our company is going through a tough time, and the current leadership can't handle it, and ngl... the situation is pretty shitty. Decisions are constantly being delayed, departments are shifting blame, and there's no clear direction to calm the team.

If you were in our shoes, somehow... how would you handle a board that gets bogged down during a crisis and drags the entire business down? Thanks in advance for any advice!
