How do I get this color?

Currently this is my hair, is it possible for me to get a color like the second picture? How hard would it be to do at home and do you think a hairdresser would be able to do that in one session? Obviously my hair is short now. I'm just scared that they will screw it up at the salon and darken my hair too much or something

How to bronde?

Hello, this is how my hair currently looks. How could I achieve a bronde similar to Jennifer Lopez? Is it possible to do with a gloss at the salon? I've heard of the lowlights technique, but I don't know if this type of service is available in my city.

What hair color / hairstyle would suit me best?

After bleaching my hair, it was so dry and porous I had to cut off a good chunk of it, and I'm having an identity crisis for how short it is ;-; what do you recommend for style and color for later? Right now I have the blond sort of bob in the first picture, the other pictures are past colors I had. I for sure know I need to grow out my bangs lol

Hello, I bleached my hair twice now (pictures of before and after) and a third time to correct the darker/orange spots in some strands, my goal is to get to a buttery blond that is neither too cool nor too warm (third picture), but I'm not sure on how to proceed. I asked a hairstylist at a salon and they told me that the only two possible solutions are either dyeing my hair with a 6 (honestly I don't want to because it's too dark) or waiting a month and coming back to them later after nourishing my hair with masks every week so that they can bleach it again. My hair's health is not too compromised, there was a bit of breakage last time I bleached but it's not destroyed, although very dry and porous. What do you recommend I do? Thanks for reading.

Also my hair before this wasn't natural, it had been dyed dark brown, so maybe that's why the yellow/orangeish pigments are so stubborn, because the hair is stained? I'm not totally sure of that.

Edit: Thank you everyone for your kind replies and advice!!
