Hey everyone, I just canceled my internet plan and I'm getting notices to return a Flex streaming box.

​I’ve always used my own modem and never actually requested or plugged in this box.I honestly can't even find where it ended up.

Since it was never activated or used on my account, I was hoping someone here could help me get this removed from my inventory so I don't get hit with the unreturned equipment fee.
