Hello, I'm currently working as an HR advisor in Amazon and I want to hear some opinions to fellow corporate workers.

I want to earn more by leaving this position at the moment. My position in Amazon is mainly specialized in time domain. Leave of absences, time card corrections and anything related to time. The question is, do you guys think it's better to stick to BPO since I'm still taking phone calls and is considered a CCA parin or gamitin ko nalang yung experience ko as HR to pursue other HR Roles to non-BPO companies?
