Still Evil?
So I was going to make an entire region of a continent under the Control of a Family of Red dragons but then I started thinking about their alignment and couldn't reach a final decision. Would they still be considered Evil if their Rule was beneficial to the populace of their Empire knowing full well that the prosperity benefited them?
Would a Red Dragon planning to run an entire empire to secure wealth, power, and fame be evil still if it lead to prosperity of the people because it would result in his own hoard growing, his power structure being secure, and his fame reaching other nations?
