bought JBL tubebeam airbuds that were on sale for 20% set it up and everything was all good, then weeks go by and now the right side of my ear bug does not turn on. try tapping it, letting it charge, putting it in and out of the case, i tried factory resenting but it said it was in mono mode. noting works. when i go into the app. half of the features are locked before it is saying "mono mode" I don't really know what to do yo fix this.
