Xbox Game Bar causing stutter on 9070XT

TLDR: Checking for updates in the windows store and seemingly updating game bar breaks the overlay and causes stutter and errors on my specific setup, Only way I've found to fix the issue is a fresh local account windows install and to never touch the store.

Hello,

I've been dealing with constant 1% low Stutter and stability problems in the form of Fault bucket errors & live kernel events on multiple drivers.

I have traced the issue to updating Game Bar.

I've formatted windows numerous times, DDU'd, Reinstalled chipset drivers, MemTest, y-cruncher, AIDA64 to search for instability, Bios updates, turning MPO & fast startup off. Quite possibly anything you could name trying to find exactly how the error occurs and through rigorous testing it was updating game bar in the windows store the whole time...

Fresh local account windows install for 13 days! constantly checking for 1% low issues/stutters & kernel events and found nothing my problem was fixed, its been rock solid.

Since I've been dealing with this issue for months I needed to know what was causing the issue so I kept looking and testing could not for the life of me find out what was causing these issues, slowly testing everything 1 by 1, I checked for updates in the windows store, Restarted my pc and bam.. Fault bucket errors and sure enough 1% low stutter randomly in several games.

When I reinstall windows i make it a habit to update the store because i use some of the programs. Which in turn was causing me my issues on my setup. this may not work for all but if you are desperate it may be worth a shot.
