I am looking to leave my current lease to help a family member with some serious issues. This is a last minute decision unfortunately and I just renewed my lease back in March. The apartment I'm currently in is a very spacious and large one bedroom, one bath with plenty of closet space. There are two large linen/coat closets and the master bedroom has a walk in closet. Washer and dryer in unit, garbage disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fan, room ac units and plenty of windows and natural light. There is carpeting all throughout except kitchen and bathroom but I never wear shoes in the house so it is very clean. The property has a really nice pool steps away and plenty of easy off street parking access. I never have trouble finding a spot right in front. I pay $1585 and that covers rent plus gas, heat and water. The only other utilities I pay are electric and internet which is $50 with T-Mobile and works perfect. Electric costs are typically $35 a month but in the summer can go up to $75 because of AC. I am willing to pay the cost of application and if you are able to move in by June, your first month's rent. You would only have to provide the deposit to move in. The qualifications for getting approved is gross monthly income being 3x rent, credit score of 650 and above and no prior evictions. Max of 2 people can occupy the apartment but the space truly is large enough for a couple very comfortably. If truly interested DM and I can send photos of the apartment or set up a time. Cats and small dogs are allowed!
