I remember playing this a while back. It was a turn based combat game where you commanded 5-6 soldiers in a squad.

The way you get new soldiers and equipment was through loot boxes that took a bit to get. Single player was just you progressing through levels, though I only stayed in the first world. I got served in multiplayer, which I definitely remember being in the streets of a rainy city.

The soldiers had 3D bodies and heads were all round and big. Soldiers also had slightly pitched up voices. The settings were all kind of realistic.

Last thing I remember is the sniper soldiers, who sometimes said "This is my rifle" when you selected one of them to be in your squad.
