I just finished this one, and it was a fun read. If you liked Plagueis and other villain stories, this is worth the time.
I wanted to see what any thoughts were at the end - in particular, when Maul lets Lorn escape for the last time, and Lorn ends up finding Senator Palpatine, turning over the holocron, and ended up in the hospital to heal. Did Palpatine punish Maul before Lorn's death for not finishing the mission like he reported? After reading what Palp went through with his training with Plagueis, I expected some real torture there. I kind of get why it is left up to interpretation, but at the same time it would have been cool to get inside Maul's mind after a series of consecutive L's like that. I'm also kind of validating I didn't miss anything in my comprehension of the finale sequence.
Side bar, next up is either Master or Evil or Shadow of the Sith
