Started at 200mg a week test-c

After 3 months, moved to 300mg a week

2 injections per week.

I do factor meal delivery for my meals, and then snack on rice cakes and protein bars and quest chips and protein shakes in between. Also have lots of fruit.

Yes, my legs are skinny. I train them hard, but my calf insertions suck. Working on it as best I can.

This is the leanest I’ve ever been. Somewhere between 11-13% maybe.

Still doing a bro split. Back/biceps, chest/triceps, shoulders, legs, arms, and then a day for abs and more legs.

Recently swapped to a new gym and have been doing sauna sessions daily. The pic on the right is me after a sauna session, so I’m depleted of water, and looking more shredded. Also, good lighting lol.

It’s actually insane how much I’ve learned about lighting when it comes to physiques…..I now see why body dysmorphia is so prevalent 😢.

What does everyone think?
