I had been trying to replace an old Internet wifi backup with a newer named one. I have tried to get past this message both by being on may main fiber based wifi as well as my Starlink backup network (which I was trying to add as the new “backup”). After a few seconds this message pops up and I cannot figure out what else it may be trying to tell me. Explain it like I am a 69 year old!

I was able to delete the old no longer existing old backup network name in the brief time I have before this message appears and basically make it impossible to get any further.
