Hello,

My gf steam when downloading prevents any other user to use the Internet. I mean web pages won't load, can't watch videos, no discord calls nothing. But this only occurs on her PC when downloading from steam.

I can download from steam without any issues and it doesn't cause issues with the Internet for anyone else. I tried googling the issue and can't find it. It's not my isp throttling cause the moment the download is paused the Internet quality is back up and I can load things again.

It only happens on her PC and I got no idea why. Limiting bandwidth does not help. Having other devices hooked on lan does not help either. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
