New PR - Xbox
Just some context, feel free to skip this. I’m beating the game with all characters… again lol. I was graced with the profile erasing bug not once but twice. Maybe half of the characters already had successful D5 runs. Now that I’m unlocking all items and characters again, I’ve decided to first use every character on D2 before restarting my D5 run. Prior to the progress erase, my PR on D5 was wave 49 with either Masochist or Jack (I think, can’t remember). I’ve never done this well even on D0 nor D1.
I had my most successful run yet, difficulty aside. I was just trying to unlock entrepreneur’s item not necessarily push for an amazing run. However, the Brotato gods decided to bless me. I never realized how good entrepreneur is with engineering, and this was my first use with the War Hammer. Some stats were higher during the run thanks to items like the crystal, community support, penguin, etc.
Damage output was not an issue on wave 70, but the tardigrades were quickly depleted and I was two shotted. Whatever finally rotted my tator did around 1780 damage.
The final tator to go is Sailor before the official D5 grind begins again. Can’t wait for nightmare mode to come to console!
