Restaurant raises prices in system, but not on menu

Idk what it is about San Francisco restaurants, but they seem to have a prolific problem of false advertising on their menus. In the last year I’ve come into at least 3 different local restaurants that charged more than their listed or advertised prices.

Usually like $1-2 dollars above stated. A cocktail for $15 instead of $13. Tacos for $9 instead of $8. But it’s always an in person problem. As in, not an issue of me seeing a 5 year old menu on Yelp and getting pissed.

I’m in a place right now that charged me $1 per item extra on a happy hour menu that’s on a placard in their bar right now.

Am I being a Karen? Or am I rightfully annoyed?

Preordered the Jets. Just got them in the mail today.

Key highlights:

- They are SUPER lightweight. When I grabbed the box from FedEx, I literally worried I had been scammed and that the shoes were not inside
- IMO they run pretty standard with Balenciaga’s current sizing. Whatever you wear in 3xl, get that size or maybe a half size up.
- the biggest talking point with these has been the size label being on the outside of the tongue. Turns out they actually designed the tongue to be reversible - if you don’t like the label being visible, you can flip it inside. (See pics 1, 5-7)
- seems like they have a new cloth garment bag that is nice quality
- shoes also apparently have an NFC chip in them, I’m assuming for authenticity.
If you got questions post em!
