I've (M18) noticed a girl (F17-18?) around my school looking at me. Ive had classes with her over the years but never properly talked to her. ​

Under these circumstances I would ask her out.

The issue comes from the fact her and sometimes her mother come through as regulars at my work. I'm worried if I get turned down it may cause some issues.

Or even the transition for her mother from some random at a supermarket to her daughter's boy friend.

Would you guys give me some outside views?
