Just wondering what to expect as it has been unavailable since yesterday

Was just looking through old operator skins on the operator tab and noticed most of them have bundles attached to them that you can still buy. On the compatibility list it only shows WZ1 or so, but I've seen some of these operators in current warzone games. If I buy one of these bundles can I use it in current warzone, or is it tied to older accounts that already had these operators when they came out and own the older games (I don't own any title)
