Is it possible to set an alarm on the Fitbit Inspire 3 to let me know when I exceed a custom BPM limit?

I want to set my lowest cardio zone to 109

I'm interested in the Fitbit Air, but I'm wondering if it's worth buying since I already have the Fitbit Inspire 3. Or maybe Google offers a trade-in for it?

To be honest, I don't really understand the differences between the Fitbit Inspire 3 and the Air, since I already have three months of Fitbit Premium with AI Coach.
