My sister want to make me sign a document about me paying her for the support/sponsorship she give me to go to Germany or else she sue me.
I'm new here and don't know what this things function.
Hello, I'm a Student specifically Studying language. I'm only 18 when my sister asked me to go here in Deutschland, Welp now I'm here. Her main reason was to help her daughter have a friend here, since me and my niece are like real sister, grow up with eachother.
My sister and brother in law always get angry at us for some reason, their reason is usually how lazy we are and always stay in our room. Me and my niece clean the house and cook 3-2 times a day. I also remember her blaming me about her daughter failing in one of the exam saying I was a bad influence; that her daughter failed her exam ever since I arrive here. But most of the time she just get angry for some random reason.
I recently found out that my niece suffer from depression; and her opening up to me that her parents are pressuring her to the point she want to end her life. My little niece is not the friend type she usually stay silent if she feel sad making her isolate her self from the rest of the family. She also told me that now I'm here she's more happy than ever.
I've been staying with them for 6 months now but ever since then Im still kind of scared of my sister because of her personality. She promised me before that she'll be the one who will take care of me for the whole 10 months of staying here, but now she want me to sign a document or an agreement that once I didn't manage to achieve B2 and didn't pay her back she'll file a lawsuit against me and make me never comeback in Europe.
She gave me a blocked account, currently living with her and pays for my school.
From the moment I get to school I always ask her if she could recommend me app or establishment so I could find a job on my own but she always laughed it out saying I'm still new here so I won't be able to get one, I always believe her and wait for when she finds and recommended me one. I also prepared a resume so I can apply for one if she said so. But now things go west and she's cursing at us saying we're too dumb and a waste of money and success for her.
I'm not trying to make her look bad, I'm just genuinely confused because she said she'll sue me and make me pay for all the things she give to me or sponsoring me for. is that even ok? Idk what to do because I'm new to this and back then I adore her so much.
