Stolen Subaru Outback – Looking for Advice
I had a 2016 Outback that I bought less than a year ago, and it was stolen from my apartment parking lot. I didn’t even realize it had Starlink until after it was stolen. When I contacted Subaru, they told me the system was never upgraded to 4G, so they’re unable to locate the vehicle.
I already filed a police report, and it’s been 4 days now. My apartment has provided them with the footage and it’s a long 12hour window that they need to look into. I understand law enforcement has many other priorities, so I’m not expecting much movement on the case.
At this point, does anyone have suggestions on what else I can do? Can they still cellular technology to locate or it is totally not possible ? I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences from others who’ve dealt with something similar.
